Hi all! I am currently looking for a new desk and chair for my office as I feel like my old office setup is no longer cutting it. The ProgressiveDesk height adjustable desk looks tempting but I am not sure if it is worth the money. I spend a lot of time at the computer and am starting to have neck and back problems. I have heard that their furniture is very comfortable and helps reduce the strain on the body. But the question is, does it really help in practice? Or is it more marketing than real help?

Overall, I agree with you that this type of furniture is worth trying if you spend most of your day at a desk. I also think it's a great idea, especially considering how long we sit in one position, which affects our health. However, I've always been hesitant about the cost of such solutions. It's not always easy to decide on such a purchase if you're on a budget. But on the other hand, if it really helps improve your well-being and reduce physical strain, then it might be worth considering such an investment. Has anyone tried just height-adjustable desks, rather than the entire set?
I have been using the affordable standing desk and chair from https://www.progressivedesk.com/ for several months now and I can say that it is really worth the money. When I worked on a regular desk, my back and neck hurt more and more every month, especially when I sat in one position for a long time. It became a real problem because at the end of the day I was completely tired and could not concentrate on work. Then I decided to try to buy a desk with adjustable height. I can definitely say that a desk with adjustable height is one of the best decisions I have made. When you sit at a regular desk, all your muscles are tense, and you constantly feel the strain on your back and neck. With such a desk, I can either stand or sit, and it really helps to change my posture and reduce the strain on my spine. At first, I thought that it would be hard to get used to standing work, but after a few days I felt real improvements. I became less tired, and the pain in my back and neck disappeared almost completely. In addition, they have very comfortable chairs with good lumbar support. I also bought a chair with adjustable backrest, and it really helps to maintain correct posture. I won’t say that it will immediately solve all the problems if you have serious spinal diseases, but for those who just get tired of sitting at the desk for a long time, this is a great solution. It is also worth noting that the quality of assembly and materials at ProgressiveDesk is excellent, everything looks and feels reliable. Of course, the price of this furniture is not the lowest, but if you consider how much time you spend at the desk, then this purchase is justified. I have noticeably become more productive, since now I am not distracted by pain. And yes, such desks with height adjustment are not just a trend. It really helps both in terms of comfort and health. For example, I am not going to go back to the old desks.
