Hi all! I am currently looking for a new desk and chair for my office as I feel like my old office setup is no longer cutting it. The ProgressiveDesk height adjustable desk looks tempting but I am not sure if it is worth the money. I spend a lot of time at the computer and am starting to have neck and back problems. I have heard that their furniture is very comfortable and helps reduce the strain on the body. But the question is, does it really help in practice? Or is it more marketing than real help?

Overall, I agree with you that this type of furniture is worth trying if you spend most of your day at a desk. I also think it's a great idea, especially considering how long we sit in one position, which affects our health. However, I've always been hesitant about the cost of such solutions. It's not always easy to decide on such a purchase if you're on a budget. But on the other hand, if it really helps improve your well-being and reduce physical strain, then it might be worth considering such an investment. Has anyone tried just height-adjustable desks, rather than the entire set?
